The family room opens on to the shaded lanai, which has a sun-drenched deck with optionally (gas) heated sparkling pool to relax in and enjoy. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional child safety locks and alarms.

The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, wall mounted LCD TV with DVD, lamp, clock/radio/alarm, and en suite bathroom. The 2 twin bedrooms share a final family bathroom, and have 2 twin beds in each, with TV, nightstands, closet space, and dresser.
